What does “fully finished” include?
The “fully finished home” package means that we organise and build the house to the agreed level of completion, while the client provides the plot, site preparation and external conditions required for construction to begin.

- Prepared foundation / concrete slab according to the supplied guidelines
- Electricity, water and drainage connections brought to the building
- Landscaping, unless agreed separately
